Refund policy

We have a 7-day online return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Please include your order number)

(Example: if your received your items on Tuesday, you have until next Tuesday to be eligible to return) 

Where to begin... Steps

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at la.boutiqueeplus@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.    (to receive the address on where to send the items).
  2. If your return is accepted, you must buy the shipping label. ( We are not responsible for shipping costs).
  3. You can drop it off at your nearest post office (USPS).
  4. We will inspect the item's condition and if accepted, we will send you store credit. 

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon being received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Minor issues: Please be aware that some additional strings of the clothing may remain attached. Normally these are caught before, but be mindful that they can be easily removed. You can gently remove them with scissors. Thank you!

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will not be able to exchange items, we can only give you store credit. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically reimbursed in store credit. 

Not acceptable returns:

  • White Clothing
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie/ body shapers/ intimate items
  • Final sale items (clearance section)
