Shipping policy
We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address if the wrong address is entered. If orders are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping.
If the tracking information provided by the USPS shipping method indicates that your package was delivered but you have yet to receive it (lost/stolen).
You must file a complaint with the United States Postal Service. we are not responsible for items if stolen. We ship them out and give a tracking number to track when they arrive. Thank you!
